1. Services Provided
   •    We provide courier and delivery services within the United Kingdom.
   •    Service availability may vary depending on location, package size/weight, and delivery schedules.
   •    We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion.



2. Booking & Payments
   •    Bookings can be made through our website, email, or by contacting us directly.
   •    Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
   •    Prices are displayed in GBP and may be subject to VAT.
   •    Any additional charges (e.g., waiting time, redelivery, storage) will be communicated before invoicing.



3. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:
   •    Provide accurate pickup and delivery details.
   •    Ensure packages are properly packed, labelled, and comply with all relevant laws.
   •    Confirm that the contents are not prohibited, dangerous, or restricted items.
   •    Be available (or ensure a recipient is available) at the agreed pickup and delivery times.



4. Prohibited Items

We do not carry items that are:
   •    Hazardous, illegal, or restricted by UK law.
   •    Cash, jewellery, or high-value items without prior agreement.
   •    Perishable goods requiring refrigeration unless agreed in advance.

If such items are sent without notice, we accept no liability for loss, damage, or delay.



5. Liability & Insurance
   •    We take reasonable care in handling all goods.
   •    Our liability for loss or damage is limited to the lower of:
   1.    The item’s replacement value, or
   2.    £100 per consignment, unless additional insurance has been arranged.
   •    We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our control (e.g., traffic, weather, strikes).



6. Cancellations & Refunds
   •    Bookings may be cancelled up to 24 hours before collection for a full refund.
   •    Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee.
   •    If we fail to deliver due to our fault, you may be entitled to a partial or full refund.



7. Website Use
   •    The content on this website is for general information only.
   •    You must not misuse the site by introducing viruses, attempting to gain unauthorised access, or interfering with its operation.
   •    We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached.



8. Data Protection & Privacy
   •    Any personal information you provide will be handled in line with our Privacy Policy.
   •    By using our services, you consent to such processing.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland and the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
